For this site LAS was responsible for the Preliminary Plans, Construction Documents

& Contract Administration for Grading, Hardscape, Pergolas, Columns, Lighting, Irrigation

and Plantings.

Gentle Winds Subdivision

Services provided for this 6,000 SF spec home include, entry court with stone retaining walls, grading and drainage

plan including pond and water features, custom ironwork for fencing and pedestrian bridge, as well as extensive

landscape plantings and gardens.
