Assist with Programming, Grant Application Preparations, Community Presentations, Planning, Design Construction Documents, Bidding and Administration. North Dover Gateway
Project consisted of Site grading, masonry wall, signage, lighting, irrigation & landscaping. LAS assisted with Funding applications and completed Design Development with the input and review of the Community. Seaford Streetscape
Worked as Consultant to Engineer. LAS was responsible for the Concept Plan, Cost Estimates & Construction Documents for New Patterned Concrete Sidewalks & Crosswalks, Lighting, Irrigation System, Site Amenities and Landscaping for a 10 Block Area. Downtown Dover Streetscape
Concept Master Planning, Construction Documents & Cost Estimates were prepared for this Downtown Dover Streetscape Redevelopment. Improvements included sidewalks, Lighting & Site Furnishings. LAS has been the been the Landscape Architect for Phases 1, 2 & 3.

Landscape Architectural Services is providing Consulting Services to the Architect for Design & Construction Documentation for New Walkways, Pedestrian Crossings, Lighting, Drainage, Irrigation and Landscape Improvements
