
Matthew Spong has more
than 30 years of experience in Landscape Architecture. He established
Landscape Architectural Services, LLC in 1984. Since then he has been
responsible for the successful completion of over 1500 projects. Matt has
considerable working experience with communities in developing a consensus
on project issues, designs development, budgeting, obtaining permits, and
providing project administration. In the past 10 years, Landscape
Architectural Services, LLC has worked on over 60 state funded projects
which needed to meet the requirements for handicapped accessibility,
historic preservation, stormwater management, wetland preservation, and
competitive bidding. Matthew has specific experience and requirements
working with community groups and park committees, to clarify program
requirements, prepare preliminary master plans, develop project budgets,
phasing plans, construction documentation, assisting in permit aquisition
and providing project administration & managing a team of consultants.
