After interning with Landscape Architectural Services, LLC for 2 consecutive summers, Mr. Carter joined Landscape Architectural Services, LLC full time. Since joining he has been responsible for cost estimating, tree density and buffering plans, planting plans, streetscaping, preliminary design drawings and construction documentation. Efficient in AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, and PhotoShop, Chad has been involved with helping visualize the end-product to many clients with 2D and 3D color renderings. Additionally he has worked on site plans which require tree density and buffering to meet specific zoning regulations. Working on layout plans and detail specification, he has helped with construction documentation for the Estates of Wild Quail and Brookview Housing Development. Recently, Mr. Carter has been working on design and construction development on projects that are currently underway. Chad is currently working toward his CLARB certification. Education: B.S.
