Details of all Site Features such as Entrance Signage, Fencing, Site Lighting,
Irrigation, and Plantings. Solicit Bids, Administer Construction for the
Owner to ensure compliance with Plans & Specs.

Pergola at the Piazza
LAS was responsible for the Entrance signage
features, aquascape pergola upon entering community, decorative street lights,
and landscape & lighting. LAS was also responsible for landscape and site management of
contractors for developer.
Heritage Creek


LAS provided Design Development and Construction Documentation
for Landscape Improvements. Entrance Improvements included a stacked stone entry
wall with columns and two sign panels, Boulevard Plantings with Cross-Buck
Fencing and Accent Lighting.
Stonewater Creek

Community Recreation Area
LAS was responsible for the Preliminary & Master
Plans and Construction Documents for this 600 Home Community's
Entrance and Community Recreation Area.
Features for this Community included, Entrance Signage, Lighting, Irrigation,
Swimming Pool Terrace and Landscaping.

Pinehurst Village


LAS provided design development and construction documentation
for site amenities for this subdivision. Entrance features included masonry
columns with ornamental metal fencing, entrance sign, buffer and ROW plantings.
Olde Mill Point
LAS was requested by the developer of Olde Mill Point subdivision to create
an entrance to the community, utilizing natural stone walls, and a genuine mill
stone, with the look of a gated entrance without the associated costs. The
Center Island of the entrance feature was enhanced with the genuine millstone,
arched architectural fencing and columns. The landscaping continued with native
plantings, and seasonal color.
