LAS provided Master & Site planning for apartment and retail uses.  LAS also worked with the town council & developer to

detail zoning and site plan approvals.  Las was also responsible for preparing the final site plan & agency plan

approval, including storm water management.

LAS provided site planning & design of site and landscape amenities.  LAS also assisted the developer with obtaining

site plan and agency approvals from the City of Dover, DelDOT and Kent Conservation District.

LAS was responsible for the master site planning for this multi-use development including condominiums, retail & restaurant.

LAS was also responsible for designing the pond embankment & stream restoration.

LAS also did the design for the sites amenities including pedestrian & greenway trails, pervious pavers parking area &

preliminary landscaping.  We were also required to assist the developers with obtaining zoning, site plan & agency approvals.

 

 


Legislative Hall

 

 

 

 

As the Prime Consultant, LAS aided in Program Refinement, Budgeting, Design, and

Regulatory Approvals for this 4 acre site.  This project consisted of Tree Preservation, Grading

and Drainage Improvements, Handicap Access, 38 Car Parking Lot and an 80 Seat Amphitheater.

Grading and Drainage, Parking, Walkways, Retaining Wall, Lighting, Irrigation and Landscape

Plans were provided for this public gathering area in the City of Milford.
