Governor's Club Professional Center

Historical District Permitting was needed for this site in the City of Dover. LAS was responsible for Permits,

Site Plan Approvals, Contract Documents and Construction Administration for the development of this

site which consisted of Brick Paver Parking & Driveways, Walks, Plaza and Landscape Design.

Delaware State Fair

Design of Drainage Improvements, Lighting, Irrigation, a Pavilion, Pergolas, Raised Planters,

Site Furnishings & Plantings were among the services provided by LAS.

Work was recently completed on the Pedestrian Ticket Plaza Area. LAS provided the same services

for this phase of the Fair Grounds with the addition of Perimeter Fending.

The Collegian

LAS provided site planning and site improvements for The Collegian. We designed the 2nd floor courtyard

and the roof top garden. The second floor courtyard consists of ground cover plantings, raised planters, brick

walkways and a pool area. The rooftop garden consists of green roof plantings, walkways, shuffleboard court,

bocce ball court and laying out the ornamental security fencing. Las also picked out site furnishings for these areas.

Hartly Town Center

LAS provided site planning for the future Hartly Town Center.

Wyoming Mills

LAS provided site planning and site improvements for Wyoming Mills. LAS was also responsible for providing a dock,

stormwater management, shoreline erosion control, plantings and establishing the reuse of the old Wyoming Mill.

Rehoboth Commons

LAS was responsible for providing Land Planning services for this 32-acre site in Rehoboth, Delaware. Las provided

vehicular & pedestrian access, park design and retail, office and commercial placement with the site. This site

has 198,825sf or retail/office, 8,250sf of restaurants and 1,153 parking spaces. The site also includes

a 9/10ths mile pedestrian recreation trail & greenway and a 2.3 acre "Hood" park with central fountain and bandstand

with seating.
