Landscape Architectural Services, L.L.C. was established in 1984 as a Delaware Landscape Architecture and Planning Firm by Matthew T. Spong, providing collaborative design and management services to a wide range of public, municipal, and private clients.. We have the qualifications, experience and staff that has allowed for the completion of over 1500 successful projects within demanding time and budget constraints.
